If you own an historic property you don’t want to miss the free Building Doctor Clinic sponsored by the City of Hamilton, Historic Hamilton, Inc. and the Ohio History Connection.This is a FREE informational seminar regarding buildings 55 years or older. It will address topics such as peeling paint, wet basements, deteriorating masonry, windows, and wood issues, bringing buildings built before 1955 up to date without sacrificing historical integrity. Registration is required for attendance to the event. The Building Doctors will do site visit on October 8 for people who specifically request them. You must preregister for an appointment and attend the seminar to qualify for a site visit.
